Our Global Manufacturing Group team has recently completed fabrication works on this 1000T Hydraulic Press and Draft Tube assemblies.

The draft tubes are used to convert waters kinetic energy into pressurised energy. They decrease the velocity and increase the water pressure to meet the atmospheric pressure.

Global collaborated with experienced riggers and crane operators at Elevates Crane and Transport to see these critical lifts conducted safely and efficiently in such a confined space with such large weight bearings. Well done team!

Both jobs transported, making a large impression as they headed through town. The press being delivered on the GMG Isuzu flatbed truck and the tubes heading out on a low liner flatbed truck allowing for the size of these items to be transported.

The 1000 Tonne press finding its way to a locally based client and the draft tubes heading to a large company in Brisbane.
